Alexandra Gral, APNP

Alexandra Gral, APNP, is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She moved to St. Louis, Missouri to pursue a career in nursing, and received her bachelor's degree from St. Louis University. Alexandra started her career at a level one trauma and certified stroke center hospital in the trauma and surgery floor, and transferred to trauma and Neuro ICU. After deciding to pursue a master's degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner, at Maryville University in St. Louis, Alexandra accepted a bedside nursing position on the float pool, working in ICU, transitional care, and the cardiac floor. Alexandra's interest in pain management stemmed from working in trauma, where she began to assess a patient's pain and how to properly manage that pain with different medications and modalities.
