At Advanced Pain Management, the health and safety of our patients and staff is our number one priority, and we’re taking the prevention and treatment of Coronavirus (COVID-19) seriously. In this ever-changing environment and after closing for the safety of our patients and staff, we are in the process of reopening some of our Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and outpatient clinics. Patients with upcoming appointments or surgeries have been contacted. We continue to offer virtual telemedicine appointments to our patients.

Bob Bunker, President and CEO

Bob Bunker joined Advanced Pain Management (APM) as President and CEO in March 2019, and is using his four-decade career and experience in healthcare leadership to simplify and elevate the patient experience and position APM as a leader in interventional pain management. Providing world-class service and helping patients transition from lives marked by desperation and caused by pain to ones enriched by hope drives his work every day. Bunker has a proven track record of operational and financial performance improvements and renewed value creation in various prominent healthcare organizations. His healthcare leadership experience has spanned several healthcare segments, ranging from hospital administration, health plans, physician practice management, dental services, workers’ compensation and healthcare services. He has worked with healthcare organizations such as Humana, NeuLife Neurological Rehabilitation, Peak Risk Adjustment Services, and Hospital Physician Partners. During the first twenty years of his career, Bunker was in the United States Air Force Medical Service Corps and is a highly decorated Lieutenant Colonel with an impeccable and distinguished military career. Bunker received his master’s degree in business administration and human resources management from Pepperdine University, and his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Golden Gate University.
