Michael Jung, MD
Michael Jung, MD graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a degree in molecular biology and chemistry. He pursued his interest in research by working in the cardiovascular Research Center at the Medical College of Wisconsin, heading the research laboratory, with the Vascular Surgery Department. He later continued his research in the neuroscience division at Chicago Medical School, prior to completing his medical degree there. He finished his surgical internship at Boston Medical Center followed by completion of both his anesthesiology residency and pain management fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Jung has clinical interest in minimally invasive spine and neuromodulation interventions, as well as regenerative therapies.
Dr. Jung grew up in the Milwaukee area and is an avid Wisconsin sports fan. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and coaching his three boys and girl, when he is able, in their various
sports. He has a special interest in the prevention and treatment of the overhead throwing athlete.
