Diabetic Neuropathy

A prospective, randomized clinical trial to assess the effectiveness of neurostimulator therapy in the treatment of lower limb pain due to diabetic neuropathy.

KEY CRITERIA

  • Have you been diagnosed with painful diabetic neuropathy of the feet and/or legs?
  • Have you tried standard treatment approaches, such as Gabapentin, or Lyrica?
  • Are you 22 years of age or older?

Long Acting Epidural Steroid for Disc Herniation

A prospective, multicenter randomized, double blind study examining the safety and efficacy of using dexamethasone sodium phosphate viscous gel solution versus placebo for the treatment of radiculopathy.

KEY CRITERIA

  • Do you have leg pain, tingling, numbness, or muscle weakness that begins in the lower back and seems to travel down the back of one or both legs?
  • Have been diagnosed or have symptoms of sciatica?
  • Are you 18-70 years of age?
  • Have had your pain for less than 9 months?

Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Spinous Spacer

 The purpose of this postmarket registry study is to gather evidence that proves the effectiveness associated with the use of an indirect spinal decompression system.

KEY CRITERIA

  • Do you have leg, buttock, and groin pain?
  • Do you have numbness, weakness, cramping, or stiffness in the legs or buttocks?
  • Have difficulty walking or standing but experience relief when sitting or bending?
  • Have a diagnosis of lumbar spinal stenosis?
  • Are you 45 years of age or older?

Lower Limb Pain from CRPS

The purpose of this prospective, multicenter, single arm post-approval study is to demonstrate continued safety of the Neurostimulator therapy for dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation.

KEY CRITERIA

  • Have you had ongoing pain that has lasted over six months?
  • Your pain is located in the lower part of the body, such as the foot, knee, hip or groin?
  • Little or no relief from traditional Neurostimulation therapies, surgeries, pain medications, or other pain management therapies?
  • Have moderate to severe pain resulting from CRPS of the lower limbs?
  • Are 22-75 years of age?

 Neurostimulation Therapy for Pain

The purpose of this prospective, multicenter, global registry is to prove the effectiveness of the commercially approved neurostimulation therapy for pain.

KEY CRITERIA

  • Do you have chronic pain?
  • Have had little or no relief from traditional therapies, surgeries, pain medications, or other pain management interventions?
  • Little or no relief from traditional Neurostimulation therapies, surgeries, pain medications, or other pain management therapies?
  • Is your pain holding you back from doing things you want to do?
