When Bill and Susan came to Advanced Pain Management, they didn’t know they were about to meet a doctor that would make a difference in both of their lives.
You see, both Bill and his wife suffered from pain. Bill had severe pain in his arms and legs and Sue had residual pain from a trampoline fall in her youth.
Bill went to Advanced Pain Management first, to seek help for his pain. He met with Dr. Araujo and together, they devised a treatment plan that would help Bill regain his quality of life.
After Bill’s treatment at Advanced Pain Management, Sue said she could notice that Bill was feeling better because he started working more around the house.
“After he started feeling better and doing things, that’s when I started the to-do list,” she laughed.
Sue said that even neighbors took notice, “They said it was like we have a new neighbor who moved in, because they hadn’t seen him out in the yard or around. All of a sudden he is feeling better and doing things outside."
Seeing that her husband had such success with Dr. Araujo, Sue decided to go see him as well. A year later, Bill and Sue are both feeling better than ever. Sue has started painting again and she even makes homemade greeting cards. Bill is out enjoying the yard and says that he feels the best he has in 20 years.
Looking back Sue remembers that even fun things were a chore because of the pain. Now, she says, both she and Bill can enjoy life without living in constant pain.
