APS is currently participating in many, but not all, of the same insurance plans that were previously accepted by Raiza Spine & Pain Center, although we are currently working on becoming preferred providers in more networks. Patients should verify if APS is in their network, and verify their benefits, before scheduling an appointment. If a patient is not currently covered for our services, APS can still provide care as an out-of-network provider. In this case, patients must sign an Advanced Beneficiary Notice of Noncoverage before an appointment will be scheduled.

Some services require preauthorization in order to be eligible for reimbursement. Patients should call their insurance provider to obtain information on what services require preauthorization. The APS preauthorization department can also assist you in this process. They can be reached toll-free at (888) 901-7246.
