tom domer

Thomas Domer, JD

Attorney Thomas M. Domer has over 30 years of experience representing injured workers in Wisconsin and is listed in Best Lawyers in America. Tom was named the 2011 Milwaukee Workers’ Compensation Lawyer of the Year in Best Lawyers and in 2012, he received a lifetime achievement award for his service and advocacy from the Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group. Tom teaches the worker’s compensation course at Marquette University Law School providing the instruction and training for many other lawyers. He lectures frequently around the state and nation. He is an elected member of the National Academy of Social Insurance.

Dermot More-O'Ferrall, MD

Dr. More-O’Ferrall received his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin. He was the chief resident during his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and completed a fellowship at the Mid Atlantic Spine Institution in Wilmington. He spent two years as an assistant professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation and was medical director of the Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at Johns Hopkins Hospital. In addition, he is an assistant professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin in the departments of anesthesiology and physical medicine. Dr. More-O’Ferrall enjoys playing tennis, and represented Ireland in multiple international championships.

Nileshkumar Patel, MD, MBA

Dr. Patel completed his residency training at Case Western Reserve University where he served as chief resident and completed his fellowship in pain management at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation where he was also on staff. He believes in providing patients with minimally invasive treatment options and working with each patient individually to identify and treat the source of pain. He has a particular interest in the treatment of whiplash and offering minimally invasive outpatient surgical options for patients with lumbar disc herniations and stenosis.

Charlie Domer, JD

Attorney Charles F. Domer exclusively practices Wisconsin worker’s compensation law, representing only injured workers. His advocacy earned him recognition in Best Lawyers in America and on the 2008-2012 Rising Stars list in Wisconsin Super Lawyers. Charlie regularly makes presentations on worker’s compensation topics for other lawyers and students and has written articles about workers’ compensation and employment law for the State Bar and the Wisconsin Lawyer magazine. He is a member of the Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group (chair, Young Lawyers Committee), the Wisconsin Association of Workers’ Compensation Attorneys (presidentelect), the American and Wisconsin Association for Justice, and the American, State, and Milwaukee Bar Associations. Charlie volunteered at the Marquette Legal Clinic and sits on the board of Kids’ Chance of Wisconsin, a non-profit providing scholarships for the children of seriously injured workers on the job.

Only room reservations made through the contracted method will be recognized and credited to the group room block. Any room nights consumed where the reservations are made through other means, such as: Third Party Internet Sites or any other means will not be credited toward the group block and any benefits that are contracted based on consumption, i.e. complimentary rooms or other discounts/benefits.

Registration & Cancellation

Early registration will be accepted until October 11, 2013. After October 11, registrations will be accepted until 1 p.m. CST November 1, 2013. Please register on site after November 1, 2013. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by October 30, 2013. After October 30, 2013, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Written notification of your cancellation is required to process your refund.
