Dr. Purewal has over 15 years experience in the field of anesthesiology and over 10 years of experience focusing exclusively on pain management. Dr. Purewal has advanced education and surgical experience. Although his current focus is on interventional pain management, he has experience ranging from pediatric care to adult open heart surgery. His commitment is to provide his patients with the highest standard of patient care.

Dr. Purewal completed a fellowship in pain management and a residency in both anesthesiology and pediatrics at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Ill.  He served as the Chief of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee. He was also the Chief of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at the Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha, Wis.

Hobbies/Special Interests:

In his free time, Dr. Purewal enjoys spending time golfing and traveling.
