Dianne Hayes

My name is Dianne Hayes and I have been an employee of APM for about 5 1/2 years, working as a medical assistant. My job has always been a challenge, but in a good way. I have always enjoyed meeting new patients and watching their pain improve with the care they received from our clinic. Our doctors are caring and compassionate, and truly make a difference in the quality of life, for the patients they see. The staff I work with is equally caring and go out of their way to make sure the patient is comfortable and informed about the care they are receiving. It is a pleasure to come to work each day, knowing you are working with such good and talented people.

When I first came to APM it was a small company—a handful of doctors and about two dozen staff members. Since then the company has grown quite a bit, yet it still has the feel of a small company atmosphere. I know that I am not “Employee # 1234” but I have a name, I am recognized, and I am known throughout the company. I am proud to work here and also proud to stand behind our physicians. They provide exceptional care with the latest technology available which makes it an honor to tell someone where I work and who I work for. It is also very relieving to work for a company that continues to grow and thrive in an economy where employers are down-sizing and outsourcing to save money. I have been educated by the best in this field, and watch many other team members grow in their positions to also become well versed educators for our patients.
