Medical Assistant, Madison

Advanced Pain Management is looking for an MA/LPN. The MA/LPN is responsible for providing direct patient care under general supervision of a Registered Nurse or Provider (NP, PA, MD, DO), maintaining and operating specialized equipment and performing any other duties deemed necessary to insure optimal patient care and physician service.

Desirable Candidates will possess:

  • Previous health care setting experience required.

Site Manager - Racine

The Site Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the daily operations of the center while demonstrating the primary goals of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

This position is responsible for policy and procedure implementation, monitoring and deployment of staff. Candidate must demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent quality care to all patients in compliance with federal, state and local requirements. Manages operations in a fiscally practicable manner. Collaborates and works closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to carry out any other management duties, responsibilities and activities required. Participates in quality improvement efforts.

Our ideal candidate must possess considerable experience and knowledge of operating room, physician outpatient clinics and medical delivery systems, as well as motivate and develop team members to support the clinic and company goals. Demonstrated experience monitoring productivity and efficiency of staff, systems and implementing change as required. Position requires experience in JACHO, AORN, HIPAA and compliance.

This environment requires a manager who is decisive and an independent problem-solver with the ability to adapt positively to change yet is able to remain calm and tactful when engaged with a variety of personalities, sometimes under stressful conditions. Must communicate and work effectively with all levels of management, physicians, clinicians, related support staff, patients and customers. Radiologic Technician - UMC

Advanced Pain Management is looking for an experienced Radiologic Technician. The Rad Tech performs technical skills with the use of the C-arm whilst demonstrating diagnostic quality control. Troubleshoots problems with the C-arm. Maintains proper use of x-ray equipment including lead aprons. Performs any other duties deemed necessary to insure optimal patient care and physician service.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Vocational plus specialized training
  • 1-3 years related experience.
  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technician, preferably from an accredited RT program and BCLS certified or obtain certification within 3 months of hire.
  • Strong organizational, judgment, communication and analytical skills.
