A Message from the Patient Care Services Manager
As the Patient Care Services Manager for the metro-Milwaukee area at Advanced Pain Management, I am happy to work closely with both medical professionals and patients alike.
Patient care involves being available to patients who may have questions about their care and contacting patients following specific procedures to check on their progress. Our triage nurses offer prompt, friendly service and it is our goal to provide this level of service to patients each time they call.
We strive to provide exceptional patient care and to make sure patients and providers have a line of communication in regards to care.
If you have any questions about patient care services, please feel free to contact me directly by calling 888-901-PAIN (7246).
A Message from the Quality Manager
As the Quality Manager for Advanced Pain Management, it is my pleasure to be able to tell you about Advanced Pain Management’s dedication to patient care.
Quality is an organizational commitment at APM and we take it very seriously. From your initial encounter, to the day you can say your pain is in control, we want your experience to be one you can recommend to your friends and family.
The concept of quality encompasses so much more than simply providing the clinical expertise offered by our outstanding providers. Professionalism, teamwork, safety, communication, privacy and accountability all play a critical role in a quality. It is our pledge that we will strive to exceed expectations in all these areas that define us as a quality organization.
Should you have any questions about our quality care or any suggestions based on your own experiences, please feel free to contact me directly by calling 888-901-PAIN (7246).
A Message from the Chief Medical Officer
I wanted to take some time to introduce myself as APM’s new Chief Medical Officer and to make you aware of some of the new things we are implementing to improve the services we provide and exceed your expectations for patient care.
Training
Our physicians are all highly trained and specialized in the field of pain management, but that doesn’t mean we don’t care about helping them learn and develop new skills. On April 16th and May 14th we held two cadaver education courses to allow our physicians to learn the latest technology and brush up on their skills to make sure they are providing you with the best possible care. We believe that by continually training our physicians, we will be able to provide each patient with the best possible care.
The Patient Experience
As an organization, we are working hard to ensure that every point of contact with a patient is positive. To help us reach this goal, we are currently offering patient satisfaction surveys for all procedure patients to let us know how we are doing. In addition, we welcome your feedback on our website, just click “Contact Us” in the upper right corner and submit your feedback.
If you have any other suggestions about how we can improve our patient care services, please feel free to contact me.
